Scope of Service
RankScale Digital will provide a one-time website setup for ₱4,999. This setup includes up to 7 website pages, mobile-friendly design, contact form or WhatsApp button, basic SEO-ready structure, domain connection assistance, and launch preparation. After setup, the client agrees to continue under the selected monthly package: Starter or Growth.
1. One-Time Setup Fee
The ₱4,999 fee is a one-time website setup fee only. It covers the initial build of the website and the setup items listed in this agreement. It does not replace the required monthly package.
2. Monthly Package Requirement
The client agrees to select one monthly package. The Starter Plan is ₱1,499 per month. The Growth Plan is ₱2,999 per month. Monthly service covers the continuing service after setup, based on the selected package scope.
3. Package Inclusions
The Starter Plan includes hosting, site upkeep, technical support, and practical monthly website support. The Growth Plan includes everything in Starter plus stronger SEO-focused structure, optimization direction, and visibility support.
4. Page Limit and Additional Pages
The one-time setup includes up to 7 pages. Starting from the 8th selected page, each additional page is charged at ₱500 per page and will be added to the amount due.
5. Logo Design Add-On
Optional logo design adds ₱1,500. If selected by the client, this amount will be added to the starting payment total.
6. Revision Policy
The setup package includes 2 revisions during development. Additional revisions are billed at ₱500 per revision. Revisions do not include a full redesign or major restructuring outside the approved direction.
7. Services Not Included
E-commerce stores, advanced booking systems, custom applications, extensive copywriting, large product catalogs, paid ads management, and major third-party integrations are not included unless quoted separately.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide the required business details, service descriptions, branding materials, images, contact information, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the website properly.
9. Materials Submission Clause
The client agrees to provide the required materials within 7 days after payment confirmation. If materials are not provided within 30 days, the project may be placed on hold and may require a reactivation fee before resuming.
10. Client Response Clause
The client agrees to respond to approvals, revision requests, or feedback requests within 7 days. If no response is received within 30 days, the project may be treated as completed based on the most recent approved version.
11. Timeline
Estimated initial website completion is 3 to 7 working days. The timeline begins only after the signed agreement, payment confirmation, and required materials are all received.
12. Payment Process
The amount to pay now includes the ₱4,999 one-time setup fee plus the first monthly payment of the selected package, together with any selected add-ons. The client may pay through GCash QR or BDO bank deposit using the payment details shown on the page.
13. Submission After Payment
After payment, the client agrees to send the signed PDF agreement, proof of payment, and the reference number through WhatsApp. RankScale Digital will verify the payment, confirm the project start, and send the official receipt.
14. Monthly Billing Continuation
After the initial payment, the client agrees to continue the selected package on a monthly basis unless otherwise revised in writing. Non-payment may result in service pause, website downtime, or suspension of ongoing support.
15. Post-Launch Updates
Minor corrections may be requested within 7 days after launch. After that period, updates will follow the scope of the selected monthly package or may be quoted separately if outside normal scope.
16. Design Ownership Clause
All designs, layouts, code, graphics, and materials created by RankScale Digital remain the intellectual property of RankScale Digital until full payment due at the time has been made. Unauthorized copying or reuse is not permitted.
17. Reference Number
The reference number shown in this agreement must be included when the client sends the payment proof and PDF agreement. This helps RankScale Digital verify the payment and match the transaction to the correct project request.
