National Finance Project Agreement
This agreement outlines the working terms for the National Finance website reconstruction, structured international SEO rollout, and monthly digital growth support.
Engagement parties
This agreement is between National Finance as the client and Gabriel / RankScale Digital as the service provider responsible for the website reconstruction, SEO page structure, digital growth support, and monthly expansion work.
Scope of engagement
The engagement covers website reconstruction, service and landing page development, structured international rollout, social support, Google Business optimization, and ongoing digital growth work as outlined in the proposal.
Structured launch first, then disciplined monthly growth.
The project is intended to launch quickly and then expand consistently through monthly execution. The initial build establishes the digital foundation. The monthly retainer supports rollout, optimization, and growth.
1. Initial Setup
The one-time setup fee is AED 8,000. This covers website reconstruction, premium homepage and core page setup, service architecture, initial inquiry flow, and launch-ready platform delivery.
2. Monthly Retainer
The ongoing monthly retainer is AED 4,000. This covers maintenance, SEO refinement, country rollout, landing page creation, social media support, Google Business optimization, and long-term international growth.
3. Rollout Pace
The structured international rollout is planned at approximately 25 countries per month, with the country expansion phase targeted for completion at approximately 195 countries over 8 months.
4. Months 9–12
After the country rollout is completed, the focus shifts toward optimization, internal linking refinement, page strengthening, social support, and ongoing search-focused content publishing to maximize long-term SEO performance.
5. Payment Terms
The setup fee is payable before the project begins. The monthly retainer is payable every month in advance to support uninterrupted website work, country rollout, and optimization.
6. Revisions & Working Process
Reasonable revisions are included as part of the working relationship. The service provider will continue making structured improvements, but the engagement does not operate on an unlimited instant-revision basis. Work is handled in an organized, priority-led manner.
7. Search Performance
The project is designed to strengthen visibility, authority, and long-term search performance. Rankings and lead volume cannot be guaranteed, but the website structure, content direction, and monthly work are intended to support sustained growth.
8. Phased Publishing Approach
The country rollout is intentionally phased rather than published all at once. This supports stronger page quality, cleaner internal linking, better differentiation between markets, and more stable long-term search performance.
9. Approval & Communication
Primary communication and approval may be handled through WhatsApp for speed and convenience. Once the client confirms the agreement, the project may begin immediately.
10. Continuation
The agreement is designed as an ongoing growth partnership. If the client wishes to continue after the initial 12-month cycle, the monthly retainer can continue to support deeper SEO growth, service page expansion, and ongoing market visibility work.
