1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide the Partner with access to a structured business support system, including guidance, digital tools, coordination, operational assistance, and agreed support services.
2. Nature of Relationship
The Partner operates as an independent business entity. The Company acts solely as a service provider and platform operator. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, agency, sponsorship, or a legal partnership in the liability sense.
3. Services Provided
The Company may provide support in the areas of coordination, digital systems, content support, inquiry handling systems, process structuring, and business guidance, depending on the approved scope.
4. Public and Compliance Position
The Partner acknowledges that this arrangement is a support and platform agreement only. The Partner shall not present themselves as a legal branch of the Company, a holder of the Company’s license, or a party authorized to legally represent the Company unless separately approved in writing.
5. Independent Operations
The Partner remains responsible for their own business activities, transactions, client dealings, deliverables, approvals, regulatory obligations, and compliance with applicable UAE laws.
6. Monthly Fee
The Partner agrees to pay the Company a monthly fee of AED 300, payable in Philippine Peso equivalent at the exchange rate used on the date of payment. Based on the current rate used here, the present amount due is —.
7. Payment Schedule
The first payment is due upon signing this Agreement. Each succeeding monthly payment is due every month on the same calendar date as the signing date. Payment shall be made through the selected payment method: —.

9. Late Payment
Delay beyond three (3) days from the due date may result in service suspension, access restriction, or temporary pause of support until payment is settled.
10. Liability Protection
The Company is not liable for business losses, client complaints, legal claims, refund obligations, service failures by the Partner, tax issues, or regulatory violations arising from the Partner’s business activity. The Partner agrees to hold harmless the Company and its representatives, including Gabriel John Rimando.
11. Branding and Representation
The Partner may not claim ownership of, legal affiliation with, or authority to legally represent the Company. Any use of the Company’s branding requires prior written approval.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business strategies, client data, financial information, processes, and internal documents shared in connection with this Agreement.
13. Term and Termination
This Agreement starts on — unless otherwise stated. Either party may terminate the Agreement with seven (7) days written notice. The Company may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, misrepresentation, illegal activity, or breach of this Agreement.
14. Control and Approval
Gabriel John Rimando, as Managing Director, retains full authority over approvals, platform usage boundaries, and compliance enforcement relating to the support arrangement under this Agreement.
15. Submission Process
After signing, the Partner shall save this Agreement as PDF, pay the required amount through GCash or BDO, and send the PDF agreement plus proof of payment via WhatsApp together with the agreement reference number.
16. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full understanding between the parties regarding this support arrangement. No verbal statement shall modify this Agreement unless made in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
