Important operating expectations

- RankScale Digital receives only the level of access needed to deliver the service
- lead quality and sales outcomes are also affected by how the business handles inquiries
- if the client delays in providing access, approvals, materials, or required information, the start of work may also be delayed
Important Service Clauses
Starter payment clause
The ₱4,999 starter payment confirms the client’s onboarding slot and allows work to begin after the agreement is signed and access requirements are met.
Refund clause
The starter payment is used for onboarding, preparation, review, setup planning, and administrative activation. Once onboarding work has started, the starter payment is non-refundable.
Platform liability clause
RankScale Digital is not responsible for platform-side issues such as ad disapprovals, restricted accounts, page restrictions, billing issues, policy flags, outages, or system changes beyond direct control.

Service scopeThis agreement covers ads management support for the client’s Facebook and/or Instagram campaigns, including structure guidance, account review, campaign direction, and optimization support within the agreed scope.

Starter paymentThe client agrees to send a ₱4,999 starter payment via GCash before work begins. This payment confirms the onboarding slot and allows the onboarding process to move forward.

Access permissionThe client agrees to provide the necessary access to Facebook, Meta Business Manager or Ads Manager, Instagram, and related assets needed to deliver the service properly.

Advertising budgetThe client understands that the actual Meta advertising budget is separate from the service fee and remains the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

No guaranteed outcomeThe client understands that ad performance depends on many outside factors. RankScale Digital does not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, sales, or revenue.

Delay clauseIf the client delays in providing access, approvals, materials, information, or required feedback, the service start date and related work may also be delayed.

Refund clauseThe starter payment covers onboarding, preparation, review, setup planning, and service activation. Once onboarding work has started, the starter payment is non-refundable.

Platform clauseRankScale Digital is not responsible for Meta-side issues such as ad disapprovals, restricted accounts, billing issues, policy flags, system changes, or outages beyond direct control.

Ownership clauseThe client remains the owner of all pages, ad accounts, and brand assets. RankScale Digital only receives the necessary access required to perform the agreed service.
